The land consists of gently sloping, good stock rearing quality ground, with the majority suitable for both grazing and cropping purposes. It includes multiple road access points, natural water supply, hardcore tracks, and excellent IAE sheep handling pens. The land is divided into practical parcels and has small pockets of hardwood trees, with some believed to be protected under Tree Preservation Orders.
