Land

The woodland, known as Teffont Woodland, consists of two sections that were clear-felled in two stages. The upper section has regrown naturally with a variety of tree species, including Douglas Fir, Oak, Scots Pine, and Holly. The lower section, which was clear-felled last, has recently been professionally replanted with a mix of coniferous species. The woodland has a private track dividing the two sections, a south-easterly aspect that catches evening sunshine, and beautiful countryside views.
