The two building plots have outline planning permission for a residential development, allowing for sea views on the southern side of Withernsea from an elevated position above sea level. Access is via Turner Avenue, a popular residential street in Withernsea. The plots are not connected to services at present, but mains water, electricity, sewerage, and gas are available on Turner Avenue. Fencing around the boundary of the sites is required to be erected by the purchaser to one metre high prior to development commencing.
