Land

The property is a 9.459 acre block of summer grazing land located on the Braunton Marshes, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and within the North Devon UNESCO Biosphere. The fields are level and connected as one, with access over a stone bridge and a dilapidated stone field linhay on one corner. The land benefits from shared stock loading facilities and has access to ad lib water from drainage dykes that are replenished from the River Caen. The land is subject to an annual payment to the Braunton Drainage board for maintenance of the dykes.
