Lochend Farm occupies an elevated site with 328 acres of productive grass land, small areas of amenity woodland, and road frontage to the north. The farmhouse, a traditional four-bedroom property, offers accommoation over two floors and has recently been upgraded with an air sourced heat pump, insulation, and solar panels. The land includes areas occupied by the dwelling, steading, watercourses, and woodland, totaling approximately 330.61 acres. The steading is mainly modern and used for livestock housing, while the traditional courtyard steading is used for storage.
