The fishery includes nine named pools, such as Jeffreys, Willows, and The Temple, with four boats available for fishing. The beat is generally better at medium to high river levels and has a prolific fishing history, with notable catches of salmon. The property also includes brown trout and grayling fishing, with trout fishing let to the Coldstream and District Angling Association until 2027. The property is situated near The Beathouse and Fishermen's Quarters, a detached house and attached building used for visiting fishermen.
