Land

The Fairham development site spans approximately 605 acres (245 hectares) of greenfield land, bounded by the Fairham Brook, A453 Road, and separate open spaces. The proposal includes a mix of land uses, featuring up to 3,000 new homes, 10% of which will be affordable housing, along with 1 million square feet of employment space, including office facilities, industrial units, and storage, across 20 hectares of land. The site will also include a neighborhood center and various recreational, community, and educational facilities.
