Duff's Hill Woodland is a 34-hectare woodland with two sections. The northern section, approximately 8 hectares, consists of mainly 15-year-old productive conifer, predominantly Sitka spruce, planted in 2009. The southern section, restocked in 2019, is almost entirely Sitka spruce. The woodland has a well-developed harvesting facility on the northern side, accessible directly from the public road.
