The site currently consists of a single storey commercial building. A three storey building with mansard roof is planned to be built on the site, which will comprise 4 two-bedroom dwellings with front garden, refuse/cycle storage, and individual apartment access. The building will be constructed following the demolition of the existing building, and a planning application has been given a resolution to grant planning permission for the project.
