Land

The land is a rectangular field with a west side location on High Broadgate. It is bordered by dykes and has deep stoneless clayey soils, calcareous in places, of the Wallasea 2 series. The land is 5 miles from Wisbech, 6 miles from Sutton Bridge, 4 miles from Long Sutton, and 13 miles from Spalding. The field has no services connected to it and is subject to annual Drainage Rates to the North Level District Internal Drainage Board.
