Land

The woodland, Old Newton Wood, is located at the southern end of Sallow Coppice and is accessible via a newly refurbished track suitable for vehicles. The property features mature trees including Oak, Sycamore, Chestnut, and Beech, with some historical thinning encouraging strong growth. There are also younger trees, including Birch, Sycamore, and others, on the lower slopes. The woodland is home to a variety of wildlife, including Red Kites, Woodcock, and Woodpeckers, and has areas of established Snowdrops and early Bluebells. The property has a high density of tree numbers, with some characterful trees and aesthetically attractive form.
