The property consists of six plots of land along the beach in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire, located near Butlins resort. Plot A is a 14.4-hectare area measuring 35.5 acres with 735m of sea frontage. Plot B is a 1.8-hectare area with 4.5 acres and 100m of sea frontage. Plot C is an 8.5-hectare area measuring 21 acres with 420m of sea frontage. Plots D, E, F, and G are four separate 100m-wide plots of 4-6 acres each, down to the low mean water level, located along the promenade. Plot I is a 0.4-hectare area with approximately 330m of frontage, which includes a sea bank with an average width of 12.5m.
