The land comprises a number of level and regular shaped plots served by internal estate roads with hardcore surfacing, as well as some areas with concrete surfacing where buildings have been demolished or undeveloped. The site includes an area earmarked for development along the eastern edge. Outline planning permission has been granted for approximately 44,123 sqm of employment uses, including Class E, B2, and B8, and 720sqm of Class A1, A3, A4, and A5 uses, as well as Class D1 community uses.
