Bonnytown Farm is a 300-acre arable holding near St. Andrews in East Fife, with south-facing land that slopes gently towards the Kenly Water at its southern boundary. The land is classified as predominantly Class 2 and 3.1, consisting of brown earths and non-calcareous gleys, with soil types falling within the Caprington series. The land includes 284 acres of arable, 5 acres of woodland, and 4 acres of miscellaneous land, including buildings and tracks. The farm has a range of farm buildings, including grain and machinery storage, livestock housing, a Dutch barn, and a former dairy. The land is in good condition, with recent rotations of cereals, brassicas, and legumes, and has produced typical yields of 4 tonnes per acre for winter wheat and 3 tonnes per acre for spring barley.
