Land

The property is a large block of Exmoor hill land covering approximately 285 acres, situated at an altitude of around 1,450 feet above sea level. The land is divided into about 40 acres of permanent pasture with a livestock handling pen, and the balance is rough grazing bounded by banks and running down to the River Barle. The property has direct road access from the southern boundary and is surrounded by significant landscape value within the Exmoor National Park, particularly with the Northern Exmoor SSSI nearby.
