Hill House Farm is a traditional stock farm situated on approximately 55.364 acres of land in Farlow, Shropshire. The farm features a rendered block and part stone farmhouse with an elevated and sheltered easterly aspect, which requires improvement. The farm buildings are mainly steel frame construction, providing over 10,450 square feet of cattle and sheep housing and barn storage. The farm includes a spring-fed duck flighting pond and is bordered by strong hedges, with oak and ash trees providing ample shade and shelter. The land is classified as Grade 4, is generally free-draining, and features a mix of south-east and mainly grassland with six enclosures, including those Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5. The farm also has common grazing rights on Catherton and Silvington Commons, allowing for various numbers of sheep, cattle, and horses to be grazed across the lots.
