Land

The land is approximately 33.84Ha (83.63 Acres) in size, located north of Eastertown Road, and is bounded by a peat bog to the north and the public road to the south. The land is generally undulating with a predominantly southerly aspect. It has been classified as Grade 3.2 and 4.1 with areas of Grade 5.3 to the north, and comprises a mix of permanent and ploughable pasture, marginal rough grazing, and woodland areas.
