The property is a self-build plot with utility connections to the plot boundaries, located on the northern outskirts of town near a railway station and school. The site has been granted outline planning permission, but a full planning application will be required for each plot, along with a separate approval process by Persimmon Homes. The plot is one of nine available and will be accessed via a designated vehicular access point with a maximum width of 5.5 meters. Road access, including connections to utilities such as gas, water, electricity, and telecommunications, will be provided by Persimmon Homes. Each plot will have its own parking and landscaping, with a maximum of two and a half storeys and a range height of 2-3 meters.
