Berstane House is a grand, coastal estate with a main house and six self-contained properties on its grounds. The main house, retains many of its original features and has reception areas, a formal drawing room, dining room, kitchen, study/library, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms over two floors, along with storage areas including a cellar. The estate also includes six individual properties, ranging from four small apartments to two larger apartments, each with a private entrance, parking, and access to mains water, electricity, and drainage services. Heating is provided by oil central heating in the main house and storage heaters in the apartments, with varying council tax bands.
