Land

The land at Old Buckenham is an attractive parcel of commercial scale farmland, consisting of three parcels with good road access. It is classified as Grades 3 and 4 on the Land Classification Soil Series, with soils of the Burlingham 1 Series, a fine loam over permeable subsoils clayey soils. The land has been farmed on a rolling Contract Farming Agreement, with a typical crop rotation including winter wheat, winter barley, oil seed rape, and winter beans.
