Land

The property consists of approximately 57.34 acres of land that comprises predominantly sloping grassland and broadleaf woodland. The soil is described as freely draining slightly acid loamy soils. The land includes two larger grassland fields, one with 11.17 acres of ploughable land, and approximately 33 acres of gently sloping to steeper south-facing grassland. There is also a wooded area of around 12 acres with a disused railway line running through it. The property includes access to the public highway on the north and south, as well as a right of way for agricultural purposes.
