Land

The portfolio of five former Royal Observer Corps Monitoring Posts is located across South and West Wales, each site comprising a small parcel of land with a hardened underground monitoring post, surface access structures, and associated features. The sites are of the same standard design and extend to approximately the same plot size, retaining original fittings and equipment. Several sites remain remarkably intact, while others have been repurposed for telecommunications infrastructure, including radio repeaters and equipment. The sites are brownfield land, previously developed for military purposes, and may be suitable for redevelopment, alternative uses, or continued communications use, subject to securing planning permissions.
