Land

The land is approximately 2.49 acres (1.01 hectares) in size and is fairly level with fruit and apple trees. It is accessed directly off a minor road via a five-bar gate and pedestrian access. Mains drainage and water connections are available nearby, but not currently connected to the land. The site has not been vigorously managed for some time, with fruit trees and scattered sheep grazing indicating its former use as a smallholding.
