The property, located to the north of the village of Dunecht, is situated in Upper Affloch and extends to approximately 267.25 acres of arable, grazing, and amenity woodland. The land is made up of about 139 acres of class 3.1 arable cropping ground, 59 acres of class 3.2 and 4.2 grazing land, and mature amenity woodland and tracks. The property ranges in altitude from 90 to 130 meters above sea level and is divided into 16 separate field areas, most of which are suitable for modern mechanized farming practices. A large, flexible general purpose shed and yard space is also available, suitable for storage or housing of livestock, and offering potential for diversified uses subject to obtaining necessary consents.
