Turnastone Court Farm is an ancient water meadow farm located in the Golden Valley, rural Herefordshire. The farm borders the River Dore and consists of traditional grassland where cattle and sheep are reared on rich pasture. The land has not been ploughed for over 400 years, retaining old species of native grasses. The 161 acres of Lot 3, situated to the west of the village, include meadows, woodland, and orchard, with good access points. The land ranges from Grade 1 to Grade 3 according to the Agricultural Land Classification Map.
