Property

The property is Berth 5, located on Emerald Quay within the Emerald Quay Marina. It includes an 8-meter long mooring, shared electrical socked, and use of a locked tap for a water supply. The lease term is 96 years, from 7 March 2015 to 6 March 2113, and allows occasional overnight stays but not long-term or "live aboard" dwellings. Berth holders are responsible for 1/20th of annual service charges, which cover management fees, utilities, dredging, maintenance, and repairs.
