Land

The property consists of a total of approximately 295.71 acres, including 243.21 acres of grassland, 50.50 acres of woodland, and tracks, scrubland, and amenity land. The grassland is undulating and has been used for livestock grazing and mowing, with boundaries comprising mature hedgerows and some post-and-wire fencing. The property also includes semi-ancient natural woodland, Lodge Wood, which is a mixed species woodland with steep topography, and part of a scheduled ancient monument known as 'Lodge Wood Camp'. The land is connected to mains water and includes a redundant Nissen hut. A number of footpaths, a bridleway, and a 132kV overhead power line cross the property.
