The property consists of approximately 8.84 acres (3.58 hectares) of permanent pasture and woodland, situated on a south-westerly facing slope overlooking the town of Bedwas. The land has a steep, unmade access from Pandy Mawr Lane. The site features a small area of established woodland on the western edge and a natural water supply from the Nant-y-Bwch Brook. The land is elevated with fantastic views over Bedwas and Caerphilly, yet is set in a quiet and rural location. A small area of the land is crossed by overhead power lines and a mains gas pipeline.
