Butterley Park Farm extends to about 1,169 acres and consists of productive arable land, pasture, woodland, and a well-equipped livestock yard. The central farmyard features modern open-sided buildings, a roundhouse, traditional cattle housing, and a 1,500-tonne grain store. The main farmland is divided into three blocks, totaling 616.67 acres, with a balanced spread of arable and grassland.
