Land

The property is a 7.24 hectare (17.89 acre) nature reserve located in the East Neuk of Fife, just north of Anstruter. It features a reservoir, a network of well-maintained footpaths, and diverse habitats including woodlands, regenerating scrub, young trees, and grassland. The reserve is home to a rich diversity of wildlife, including waterfowl, resident and migratory birds, and a variety of species along the Dreel Burn. The landscape is naturally divided into three zones: the reservoir itself, a peaceful stretch of woodland, and wild gorse scrub with willow along the burns. The reserve has a car park and on-site ramps for access.
