Land

The property is a prime block of arable land situated approximately ½ mile north of Arkendale village and 2½ miles south of Minskip village. It is 4 acres in size and currently planted with Winter Wheat, but also suitable for producing good crops of cereals and oilseed. The land is accessed from the north and south via Forms House Lane and Riffa Lane, respectively, and is classified as Grade 2 in terms of its agricultural potential.
