Land

The property is a substantial block of fell land extending to approximately 428.53 acres (173.42 hectares), situated at the head of the Longsleddale valley within the Lake District National Park. The land forms a single, well-defined block, with predominantly well-maintained post and wire fences and some stretches of dry stone wall. It is divided internally into two parcels, with the larger parcel extending to approximately 411.43 acres (166.50 hectares) and the smaller parcel extending to approximately 17.10 acres (6.92 hectares), which has been planted with trees in recent years. The land benefits from natural water supplies, with the River Sprint rising on the land, and has outstanding views over Haweswater and surrounding fells.
