Clinkstone and Stodfold are two farms situated in Aberdeenshire, approximately 5 miles south east of Huntly and 18 miles north west of Inverurie. The farms are located off the public road network and are surrounded by productive land, extending to 266.57 hectares. The land is registered with SGRPID for IACS purposes and is suitable for growing a range of crops. The farm has been managed on an integrated basis for 10 years, with regular applications of lime, pig manure, and slurry/digestate. The farmhouse, Clinkstone, is a stone and block construction with 310m2 of internal space, while the bungalow, Stodfold, is a block wall construction with 117m2 of internal space. The farm buildings include modern pig accommodation and portal frame structures, with a total capacity of 660 finishing pigs and 600 growing pigs.
