Land

The plot site is a relatively flat gravel surface with scattered scrub vegetation, approximately 6km north of the Torpins settlement boundary. The site is bounded by post and wire fencing and has a newly laid access road. The site contains the remnants of two farm structures, including one centrally located measuring approximately 12m x 0.6m, and a second structure approximately 15m x 6m towards the north-eastern corner. The site is surrounded by arable farmland, with newly planted trees along the site boundaries. A single neighbouring property lies to the north-west of the site.
