Land

Approximately 11.16 acres (4.52ha) of mixed broadleaf woodland are located in a private, rural position near the market town of Oswestry. The woodland is divisible into mature and semi-mature, predominantly broadleaf tree species, interspersed with self-set trees and ground-level scrub. It has some historic interest, including two long-disused quarry holes and two disused limekilns, one of which is a Grade II Listed structure. The woodland is accessed via a track off the council-maintained Llawnt to Selattyn road, leading to a small clearing.
