Inchconnachan is a 100-acre private island located in Scotland's Loch Lomond, within the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The island is wooded with ancient Scots pine, oak, and birch, and features elevated viewpoints and a sweeping shoreline with views towards Ben Lomond. The island's shoreline extends 3,854 meters and rises to 50 meters at its highest point. A main residential lodge, a boathouse, and jetty are proposed, along with associated infrastructure including paths, boardwalks, drainage, and plant facilities. The main house is a two-storey lodge with expansive living spaces, three generous bedroom suites, a library, and decked terraces, while the boathouse provides secure mooring and independent accommodation. A mainland jetty and garage with storage are also included.
