Upphall Farm is located on approximately 97.86 hectares (241.80 acres) of arable land, with a centrally located agricultural yard occupying 0.53 hectares (1.30 acres). The yard features a good modern agricultural building with a new on-floor drying system. There are also two ranges of traditional brick buildings with potential for alternative uses, subject to necessary consents. The farm has direct access via a public highway and a privately owned farm drive, with interconnecting field gateways. The remaining area comprises access tracks and other small land parcels.
