The hut is situated in a second row position at Brackenbury Cliffs with some sea views and benefits from added seclusion and shelter. There is a water tap facility and public car park nearby. The hut comes fully furnished with a calor gas stove and cylinder, storage bench seats, chairs, sun loungers, kettle, dinnerware, utensils, windbreaks, and sunshade.
