The property is a single enclosure of approximately 1.88 hectares (4.65 acres) of Grade 1 Arable Land located off Oilmills Road in Ramsey Mereside, Cambridgeshire. The land is bordered by the Downholland 1 series, a soil type suitable for growing root and arable crops. The property is directly accessible from Oilmills Road and is situated approximately 2.5 miles north west of the village of Ramsey and 8.3 miles south east of Peterborough. The land is not currently subject to any Environmental Stewardship or Land Based Schemes.
