The property is a 6.58 acre (2.66 hectare) site of Grade 1 loamy and sandy soilscapes located north of Ely, with naturally high groundwater and a peaty surface. The land is fully under-drained and features a mixed traditional combinable and root crop rotation. It can be accessed off Fifth Drove and is situated in the vicinity of Pymoor and Head Fen, near to Littleport and 18 miles south of Cambridge.
