The land in Lot 1 benefits from mains water, supplying a water trough. Lot 2 covers 3.16 acres of gently sloping east-facing land, enclosed by mature hedge banks and stock-proof fencing, with a field shelter and a small paddock area. Lot 2 also benefits from a water trough supplied by Lot 1's water meter.
