Land

The woodland is a sloping block of mixed hardwood species, approximately 30 years old, with trees including Oak, Ash, Holly, Cherry, Beech, and Sycamore. Some Ash trees have died due to Ash Dieback disease and need removal for replanting. The woodland borders a local communal path on the eastern side, which winds down to a field below. A separate, level amenity plot is located at the northern end and could be used for parking or storage. The woodland lies alongside a minor district road, 1/4 mile from the village center and 3/4 mile from a rural hamlet. It does not have access to any services.
