A prime residential development site occupies a generous parcel of land in a rural hamlet setting, surrounded by open countryside and mature hedgerows. The site is designated for three individual self-build dwellings, with approved plans that include a new access road, infrastructure, and landscaping. The dwellings will be arranged in a courtyard-style layout and each will have a distinct architectural identity, with designs inspired by traditional Herefordshire farmsteads and agricultural buildings. Three plots will be developed: Plot 1, a farmhouse-style dwelling with a timber-framed design; Plot 2, a contemporary threshing barn; and Plot 3, an 18th-century inspired cottage with red brick elevations and a natural slate roof.
