The beach hut is located on the 'F' section of Holland-on-Sea's regenerated seafront, opposite Fernwood Avenue access. It is approximately 880 meters from The Beach Haven Cafe. The accommodation consists of a single room with double folding shutters leading to a stable-style door and high-level shutters, providing views across the promenade. The beach hut measures 3.38m x 2.16m internally.
