The kitchen has a ceramic floor, a 60cm deep water-resistant countertop, a stainless steel sink, and kitchen cabinets. The bathroom features a chrome-plated shower set, a ceramic washbasin, and a closet set. The building shell includes doors, windows, stairs, a mezzanine rail, and exterior cladding, but does not include decking or furniture.
