The site is a level parcel of land with a concrete surface in the central area and mixed tarmacadam and consolidated hardcore on the west and north sides, bounded by a securely palisade fence with an electric sliding gate. The ground floor of the two-storey office accommodation is made up of modular units with private and general offices, a kitchen, WC facilities, a changing area, and a first-floor balcony with uPVC double-glazed windows, air conditioning, and lighting. The site also includes a washdown area with an interceptor and a water borehole that can extract up to 20 litres per day.
