The property, known as Willow View Stables, is an equestrian facility with a working livery yard on approximately seven acres of land, all of which is down to grass. The property features five traditional stables, averaging 11ft 7 x 11ft 2, two foaling boxes, averaging 13ft 11 x 13ft 9, a store/kitchen, a hay barn, a lean-to, and a feed room/sixth stable. In addition, there is an all-weather outdoor school with post and rail fencing, flood lighting, and mirrors, measuring 40 meters by 20 meters. The property has post and rail fencing, fastened tapes, and an eventing field with fences and ten jumps, including a ditch and step. There are also single and additional buildings, including a second stable, a container/tack room, a hovel, and a field shelter.
