The site is a business-use location in Uxbridge, a town in west London. It has open spaces, including Fassnidge Park, Dowding Park, and the Colne Valley Regional Park, as well as canal-side walks along the Grand Union Canal. Uxbridge also features shopping centers, a high street, an IMAX cinema, and an Art Deco-style lido. The area is home to two universities and multiple highly-rated schools.
