A 2018 re-owned holiday caravan is situated on a holiday park in Devon, which lies on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and near historic Exeter. The park has lakes where guests are allowed to fish and a Victorian coach house converted into a café serving coffee, hot meals, and a local famous breakfast. A café is also available on-site. The park allows touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, and tents, and features lakes and wooded gorges in its surroundings. Within walking distance are trails that loop through woods and hills, including one that loops a wooded gorge and another that winds through the hills and valleys that surround the last castle built in Britain.
