Land

The property extends to approximately 37.40 hectares (92.42 acres) of grade 3 arable land, mainly laying the Ashley Association, with permeable subsoils and slight seasonal waterlogging. The soils are fine loamy over clayey with some calcareous and non-calcareous slowly permeable clayey soils. The land is partially wooded, with around 1.94 hectares (4.72 acres) of woodland. Access to the land is via an agricultural right of entry and a public right of way crosses the northern field.
